3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use ArthXGen for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:

- Violate any law or regulation; - Use the Platform for fraudulent or malicious purposes; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or interfere with its operation.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. ArthX Token Usage

The ArthX token is a utility token within the ArthXGen ecosystem. It does not represent any equity, ownership, or security, and should not be interpreted as an investment. Users are solely responsible for their transactions, and prices may fluctuate based on market dynamics. We do not guarantee profits, and we are not liable for losses resulting from token usage, staking, or DeFi participation.

6. NFTs, Metaverse & AI

- NFTs created or traded on ArthXGen are user-generated. We do not control or verify the authenticity of NFTs. - AI tools and virtual experiences are provided as-is. We make no warranties as to accuracy, output, or fitness for any specific purpose. - Users are solely responsible for how they use AI-generated content or engage in VR/metaverse environments.

7. Staking & Governance

Participation in staking and governance mechanisms is voluntary. Terms may change based on protocol updates or community votes. Rewards are not guaranteed and are subject to ecosystem health and protocol rules.

8. Fees and Payments

Transactions on the Platform may incur network fees, service fees, or platform commissions. All fees will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation. We are not responsible for third-party wallet fees or blockchain transaction errors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ArthXGen, including branding, design, text, code, and graphics, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies are inherently risky. By using ArthXGen, you acknowledge:

- Potential loss of funds, - Regulatory uncertainties, - Smart contract vulnerabilities, - Market volatility.

You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArthXGen shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, - Loss of profits, data, or digital assets, - System interruptions or delays.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or unlawful manner.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
